About Us
What was paramount in the mind of God when He created the earth in the form of a beautiful garden and man to tend, care and manage it (Genesis chapter 1 and 2), was love and care (John 4: 7-9). The goal of God was essentially to put in place a world of love and care as stated in His words; “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your mind with all soul and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater that this” (Mar 12:30-31; Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Leviticus 19:18).
God is not a physical being; He is a spirit being. We cannot claim to know and to love the unseen God if we cannot show the love to our fellow being that are visible to us. These fellow beings could be our neighbor, the needy, the less privileged, those with special needs, etc., even our enemies (1 John 4:20; Mathew 5:43-48). In fact, your neigbour could be your enemy; that beggar on the street who does not share the same faith with you. They could be members of an indigent family who cannot makes ends meet. And do you know that an enemy could be that victim of a terminal ailment in need of an immediate medical attention (Luke 10: 25-37); you are called to be the Good Samaritan as represented by Jesus Christ. Many victims of natural disasters such as earth quakes, flood, famine, epidemics, abound us globally. They do not need to belong to our faith or the same race as we are or be our friends or tribal person or fellow countrymen before we can render assistance. Misfortunes, like fortunes, seek no man’s permission to visit who ever becomes the victim. We are here today, who knows tomorrow? Some are victims today but no one knows where the pendulum swings tomorrow. That is why we must never turn blind eye to plight of those in need of our help today; no matter how small or big, we must reach out to those in need with our love, care and substance. The main reason and purpose we were created is to worship God and serve Him and to impact our world positively which way we can. Love, care and kindness transcend all human barriers; love gives selflessly and unconditionally. Whatever faith or religion we may claim to belong; we are nothing without the works of charity.
(James 2:13-17, 24-26). For this we were created, for this we live, and for this we shall die. Often times we are not able to see or reach those who need our help the most due to so many factors, it is for this very reason that God established His distribution channels through which He meets the needs of His people worldwide. A major place for that purpose is the Bamiduro Life Care Foundation. This viable space of God had operated under the name Bamiduro Life Care Initiative at inception in 2001. Having carried out various charitable activities in all the nooks and crannies of the rural areas, touching and improving the lives of thousands of people comprising indigent families, the less privileged, people with special needs, the aged, the widows, just to mention but few for many years, the need for rebranding, upgrading and expansion arose to meet further and greater challenges of the times. Thus, the inititive transformed into a full-fledged foundation typifies as well as exemplifies the virtue of God even starting from its name: Bamiduro Life Care Foundation. For example:
F = Folorunsho=kept under the refuge and protection of God (Psalm 91:1-2).
E = Emmanuel
Bamiduro = Caring for people’s live (this is God’s mission and should be everyone’s mission globally).
Foundation = a platform or an establishment for executing Gods plans, in this case. That is, meeting the needs of the less privileged and the downtrodden.
You may not be a pastor, an imam or a servant of God; you may not be a believer in any faith but you owe your fellow being a token of your love and care, especially your substance. Your widow’s mite will go a long way to save a soul. You may not have another opportunity to do it than now. Dare to be a solution to someone else’s problems today, and your generation will reap the reward. As you heed God’s call, be blessed abundantly.
